Standard of living of POK people must improve in near future when India is to become a superpower. India must extend a helping hand to develop POK. How this could be done? The economic stature, manpower, Educational and medical framework of India is having enough potential to establish and operate educational and medical institutions in entire provinces of Pak Occupied Kashmir. India can woo Pakistan to establish Edu. and Medico. institutions in all districts and blocks of POK.
